Gustavo Duarte (São Paulo, May 19, 1977) is a Brazilian cartoonist and comics artist. His work is known by his usually silent comics, which rely on the characters' body language.
In 1999, Duarte graduated in Graphic Design at Unesp in Bauru. He collaborated as illustrator for the newspaper Diário de Bauru between 1997-1999. Back to São Paulo in 200, he worked as designer and illustrator for Editora Abril. Duarte's work was also featured at Folha de S.Paulo and Lance! newspapers. His first comic book, Có!, an independent publication, was awarded the Troféu HQ Mix of Best Independent Comic (Special Edition) in 2010. Duarte also received a prize for Best Artist-New Talent. After Có, Duarte has published other comics, like Taxi,Birds (both independent) and Monstros, his first work for a publishing house (Quadrinhos na Cia.). In 2014, Duarte's work debuted in the United States:Monstros, Có and Birds were published by Dark Horse Comics as the single-volume Monsters and Other Stories. In the same year, Duarte drew Marvel 100th Anniversary: Guardians of the Galaxy #1 and in 2015 he worked on DC Comics' Bizarro miniseries.http://mangabastudios.blog.uol.com.br/

Nowi Inhumans to kolejna z serii Marvela, która ma się spodobać przede wszystkim nowym, nieznającym zbyt dobrze zawiłej historii uniwersum czytelnikom. I pod tym względem Once and Future Kings sprawdza się całkiem nieźle. To w końcu lekka i prosta historia osadzona w realiach zbliżonych do fantasy. Miłośnicy serii także znajdą tutaj coś dla siebie, ale jednak czegoś w tym wszystkim zabrakło.
Inhumans to – gdyby ktoś nie wiedział – rasa stworzona dawno temu na skutek eksperymentów genetycznych, jakie na ludziach prowadziła rasa Kree. Ewolucja „Nieludzi” przebiegała nieco inaczej niż nasza; stworzyli oni też zupełnie inne struktury społeczne i polityczne (panuje u nich monarchia),a co więcej u jej przedstawicieli można wyzwolić niesamowite moce za pomocą tzw. mgieł terrigenu. Teraz nadszedł czas cofnąć się nieco w czasie i zobaczyć, jak wyglądały losy Inhumans, kiedy ich król Black Bolt był jedynie nastolatkiem i nie zajmował jeszcze tronu, a jego brat Maximus Szalony był normalnym (a wręcz genialnym) chłopakiem.
