Pisze książki: literatura dziecięca
Up until he became a dad himself in 2015, Henry knew very little about the world of children’s picture books, apart from his vivid memories of being a little boy and listening to his mum reading The Cat in the Hat to him over and over again until they both knew all of the words by heart.
His eyes were opened during the Christmas holidays in 2016 when a family member brought his little boy a copy of Julia Donaldson’s Stick Man. The bounce and flow of the beautiful rhyming words enthralled him so much that he was inspired to start writing himself. Henry studied Aerospace Engineering at university and he now works in the Defence industry. He writes in his spare time and enjoys the creative outlet it provides. Outside of work, Henry is a keen swimmer, reader, gardener and a hopeless golfer. Henry has now written 10 children’s picture books and he plans to release each of them over time. The first of which, Ronnie Hood, is available now. Henry has two little boys and they live in Sussex.

Ronnie Hood Henry Sowter

Each of you probably knows the brave and courageous Robin Hood, but do you know his younger brother Ronnie? Of course, you don't know him. I didn't know him. Thanks to author Henry Sowter, I had the pleasure of meeting Ronnie Hood. He is different from his brother. First, he is not as famous as his brother. It's worth getting to know this little hero. I am delighted with his ingenuity and cleverness. Thanks to Ronnie, younger children will see why they need to learn. You will also learn why, for Robin Hood, his younger brother is a real hero. This book is worth reading to children aged three to eight. Thanks to Ronnie Hood's story, children will learn, among other things, how nice it is to have siblings. An additional advantage of this book are the beautiful illustrations created by Sarah-Leigh Wills. I read this book to my son. He is also happy with this story. He listened to it with great interest. After reading "Ronnie Hood", he answered my questions correctly. "Ronnie Hood" is worth having in your library.
