''Fudochi Shin Myo Roku'' czyli ''Wiedza nie do Poruszenia'', napisane przez Buddyjskiego Mnicha najwyższego poziomu - Takuan Soho. To książka do nauki Zen, a nie czytadło. Jest odnoszenie do szermierstwa jako przykład bo ci ludzie którzy wyznają wiarę zen mogą stosować ich praktykę do różnorakich dziedzin. Aby zrozumieć treść tego pisma, trzeba mieć wgląd na ten temat. Nie popieram Zen Buddyzmu. Nie wyznaję wiary Zen Buddyzmu. Jest to po prostu ciekawe i mądre pismo.

Świetna książka, ale trudna do czytania z perspektywy Zachodu. Musiałem przeczytać jego fragmenty kilka razy, zanim zrozumiałem, co zostało powiedziane (na poziomie powierzchni). To książka, do której wrócę później, kiedy będę miał większe doświadczenie.
Należy wziąć pod uwagę, że została napisana przez mistrza zen do mistrza miecza, dwóch uczonych osób. Jestem znacznie poniżej poziomu doświadczenia grupy docelowej.
W książce nie ma nic o walce na miecze. Chodzi o oczyszczenie umysłu i powrót do stanu, w jakim byłeś na początku. Można to zrobić z powodzeniem tylko dzięki sumiennej pracy, dopóki nie będziesz mógł wykonać działania bez zastanowienia. Jeśli skoncentrujesz się na czymkolwiek podczas walki, uwikłasz się w ten aspekt, musisz koncentrować się na niczym, a to obejmuje nie myślenie o nic nie robieniu.
Jedynym sposobem na to jest stanie się mistrzem swoich czynów poprzez ciężką pracę, medytację i inne praktyki Zen. Prowadzi to do oświecenia, kiedy osiągasz punkt, w którym nie kierują tobą pragnienia (jak chęć uderzenia przeciwnika),żadnego strachu, nic.
Mistrz miecza, który został oświecony, może uderzyć jak błyskawica z chmur. Obrońca nie byłby na tyle daleko, aby odeprzeć uderzenie. Mistrz miecza nie uderzyłby, gdyby nie było to absolutnie konieczne. Brak chęci do uderzenia. On / Ona jest panem życia i śmierci.
Polecam tylko tym, których interesuję filozofia "Zen" i powieść "Musashi"
