I love the language and the structure of this book, I love the plot and how everything connected to everything else.
I love the villain, I love Owen and Una.
I cried, my heart got broken a little bit and I may believe in love again.
But who knows, tbh, I will now cry myself to sleep and maybe in the morning I will have something more to say.

It was all worth it.

Such a good book. I've read many debuts and this one is definitly one of the better ones.
It actually left me a bit surprised at the plot twist and even tho I knew how it would end after that, it still managed to squeeze some tears out of me.
Great characters, I love how pretty much all of them stand out in some way.
For the cons, I think it should be marketed as NA or older YA, not the adult book. It would suit those audiences better even with those description of horrors.
I enjoyed it very much and maybe you'll too.
