Under her leadership, PeopleFirm was one of the largest women-owned firms in Washington and a go-to partner for more than 125 clients, including Bonneville Power, Nordstrom, Columbia Sportswear, Nike, WorldPay, ChristianaCare, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Before founding PeopleFirm, Tamra was Managing Partner for Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice in the Pacific Northwest, and executive in charge of People and Solutions at Hitachi Consulting, where she was one of four executives accountable for the performance of Hitachi’s global consulting business. Tamra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University and holds an MBA from the University of Washington. Tamra draws continued inspiration and support from her husband, Jeff; their young adult children, Ivy and Wilson; her father, Al; and her faithful pedigreed mutts, Perry and Luna.

Ta książka nie jest rewelacyjna, nie powala na kolana, nie odmieni milion istnień ludzkich. Ale warto ją przeczytać, jeśli stawiamy pierwsze kroki w rozwoju osobistym. Poradnik wyprzedza o lata świetlne książki, które uczą magicznego myślenia ale sporo mu brakuje do naprawdę dobrych książek psychologicznych.
Dlatego jeśli jesteś rodzicem, kimś kto ma problemy z pewnością siebie albo chcesz polepszyć umiejetność pomagania innym/sobie w doskonaleniu to śmiało sięgnij po książkę.
W skali od 1 do 90 oceniam pozycje na 78 ponieważ jest praktyczna i uważam, że osoby, które czytają, żeby rozwijać się wyciągną z niej KILKA ciekawych wniosków. Osoby, które czytają tylko dla zabicia nudy nie będą zachwycone. Bo jak tu można przeczytać pozycje, która nie powala na kolana? Ano można dla ludzi, którzy kawałek po kawałku lubią ulepszać siebie 🙂
